India’s real estate industry witnessed some incredible growth during the early 90s but then some irregularities and functional obstacles, the industry lost its charm.
But now with a new government and buyer-friendly policy, the introduction of REITs and other development – pro measures are hopefully working out well to revive the ailing industry.
Now, buyers are opting for technology, developers are developing real estate focused websites to lure in customers, proper laws are in place to ensure no loopholes exists.
All in all, India’s real estate industry is up for a change. And for better!
